
Stephanie Tew Campbell (Stephanie.Campbell@emwnlaw.com) is a member of the Firm whose practice focuses on litigation as well as family law. She represents clients in the areas of family law including: uncontested and complex divorce actions, post-divorce matters, custody, paternity, visitation and timesharing, child support, grandparent visitation, and domestic violence. Stephanie is also skilled in the negotiation and litigation of pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

In her practice, Stephanie has handled complex child custody actions and complex divorce actions in excess of $5,000,000 in controversy in both Circuit Court and the Kentucky Court of Appeals. Stephanie is a skilled litigator having tried in excess of eighty family law related trials and hearings across the Commonwealth. Stephanie also practices in the areas of: civil litigation, estate planning, probate, business transactions, and corporate formation.

Stephanie graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Business Management from the University of Kentucky in 2005 and earned her Juris Doctorate from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2009. Stephanie is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
