

Jordan Artrip is a Senior Attorney at EMWN practicing in the areas of business law, estate planning, estate administration and real estate.
Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Jordan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Upon admission to the North Carolina State Bar, Jordan began practicing in eastern North Carolina, where he advised clients on a variety of business, tax and real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales, entity selection and governance, contract drafting and negotiation, tax planning, individual, corporate and fiduciary income tax preparation and commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Since moving back to the Bluegrass, Jordan has expanded his practice to include estate planning and administration. He is currently licensed to practice law in Kentucky and North Carolina (Inactive Status).
