Ben focuses his practice on family law and general civil litigation, with an emphasis on practical solutions and clear communication throughout the legal process.

Originally from Elkhorn City, Kentucky, Ben brings a strong connection to the communities they serve and a commitment to providing thoughtful, client-focused representation. He earned his undergraduate degree from Morehead State University, graduating in the Class of 2022, before attending the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law.

During law school, Ben was selected to serve on the editorial board of the Kentucky Law Journal, one of the nation’s oldest student-edited legal publications, where he worked as a Production Editor for Volume 113. Ben also worked as a student researcher with the Monuments Workshop at the University of Kentucky, contributing to research and policy work examining public memory, historical monuments, and related legal issues.

Prior to joining EMWN, Ben gained hands-on litigation experience as a law clerk with a regional personal injury firm, where he assisted attorneys with case preparation, legal research, drafting pleadings, and client communication. He also worked with AppalReD Legal Aid, where he focused on matters involving family law, consumer protection, and housing law, assisting clients with a range of civil legal issues affecting their daily lives. Ben is committed to providing responsive service, practical guidance, and diligent representation at every stage of a case.
